John McAllister
约翰·麦卡利斯特1973年生于美国路易斯安那州的斯莱德尔市，现在生活工作在马萨诸塞州的北安普顿。
约翰·麦卡利斯特对神秘光线的作用有着极大兴趣，他以绘画为媒介，沉浸在对光的探索中。麦卡利斯特从加州到纽约的旅程至关重要，尤其是他在大都会艺术博物馆受到后印象派大师们的影响。皮埃尔·博纳尔 (PIERRE BONNARD) 和亨利·马蒂斯 (HENRI MATISSE) 的作品将其带入二十世纪艺术家的传统绘画世界，他们努力捕捉着光线的古老元素。
